AV-NL2 The interface unit shall provide two balanced analog line outputs on front-panel XLR connectors. Each input shall be selectable as either a Mic or Line level output. Output line level shall be referenced to -20 dBFS = +4 dBu. The line-level outputs shall be capable of delivering an unclipped +24 dBu for an input level of 0 dBFS. The mic-level output setting shall provide a nominal 50 dB of attenuation and shall provide protection from external phantom voltages up to 48 Vdc. Inputs and outputs shall provide a noise floor better than 75 dB below operating level from 20 Hz to 20 kHz with channel to channel crosstalk below the noise floor at 1 kHz. Each output shall provide a low-impedance path from the shield to the chassis. The unit shall be constructed in an aluminum and steel enclosure equipped for rugged stage use and including brackets for mounting to any flat surface. The network connection shall be equipped with an Ethercon® (XLR shell) style RJ45 connector. Digital to analog conversion shall be performed at 24 bits with selectable sample rates of 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 88.2 kHz or 96 kHz. The unit shall operate from IEEE 802.3af compliant PoE power provided through the Ethernet cable. The unit shall be covered by a 3 year factory warranty. The Dante interface shall be an RDL AV-NL2.
